Principals have a combined 80+ years experience in product development from concept into large scale manufacturing of electro-optical devices and systems used in medical, industrial, and military/government products. Proven ability to interact with customers and vendors, define and solve problems, invent technical solutions (over 100 patents), direct multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams and work as part of team or individually.
